New country rankings list

August 9, 2007

Which country is the most competitive?
Where do employees have the highest after-tax income?
Where is it easiest to start a business?

Country comparisons are now easier to find using the library’s new Country Rankings list, a compilation of sources that rate countries by economic or political criteria.

Use the list as a handy reference to well-known sources including the World Economic Forum’s Global Competitiveness Report, Forbes’ Tax Misery Index and the World Bank’s Doing Business ranking.

Further country sources can be found on the  electronic resources list as well as the Library’s reference collection. This is the latest of four rankings guides by the library: Business Leaders, Business Schools and Company Rankings.
