The Doriot Library subscribes to ScienceDirect, an articles database of over 1750 Elsevier peer-reviewed journals (full backfiles for 200 of these), covering the subject areas of economics, business, management, computing, engineering and technology as well as the physical, social and behavioural sciences.
Science Direct is now part of a platform called SciVerse and can be accessed from the electronic resources library page or via the JournalFinder. You can download articles to use in reading lists, teaching materials, etc. You can also create alerts and add your own quick links, not only to ScienceDirect articles, but to any website.Full online support is available and includes help tips and online tutorials.
